HOW WE BECAME EL REY

El Rey De Las Fritas was created by Victoriano "Benito" Gonzalez and his wife Angelina "La Gallega" Gonzalez in 1979.

They worked tirelessly throughout the years, not only to create a name for themselves, but because they had a passion for what they did. Not only was this visible to everyone who knew them, but to their children, Mercedes & Yamil Gonzalez, who carry their parents passion & work ethics in the work they do today to maintain their family's legacy.
